I've had problems with the puzzle engine before. I'm a Firefox browser user and thought I'd try switching back to Internet Explorer to do my puzzles. I have played for a month using ie and haven't had a failed puzzle since. So any Firefox users might want to switch back to ie for Moshi for a bit when doing your puzzles.  Worked like a charm for me |

oy, i've spoken with mind candy quite a few times about the daily puzzles. the day's i've lost rox  I still use Firefox on the weekends (waiting to test the new firefox on MM!) and my puzzles "stalls" quite a bit. If i wiggle the mouse, sometimes that helps. slow computer, i know. |

I love my firefox, but found that the ie didn't stall out on the puzzles so I use the ff "ie tab" addon. I love it. I can switch to ie from right inside firefox then quickly switch back when I'm done. I love it, use it all the time with work to make sure websites look good in both ie and ff. addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419Just wanted to add that incase anyone found it useful. I hate getting occasional puzzle bugs and having to wait to do my daily puzzle. |

Is everyone else having problems getting onto the Moshi site this morning (Sunday)? I have been trying for the last 2 hours, but can't get on at all.

me too! i got angry. i couldnt get on in riina, surii, imairu, kairo, or kukki. although i dont know how this fits on the puzzle bug issue O.o

i am a firefox user, but i have to use ie for moshi, because i kept getting the puzzle engine error when trying to play my daily puzzles. i haven't had a problem with my puzzles since i started using ie.
well i couldn't get on moshimonsters.com at all last night. i was able to log in this morning and when i tried to play my puzzle, i got the stupid error message. no rox for me today... no leveling up, either. i hate this!

theyre making new things. and they said it was some roarworkers that put in the puzzle bug thing. if you still get the puzzle bug issue, i have NO idea whats going on. but its still best to use ie, and firefox will kill it off more. and cute clown stoooooph. XD Oh and, if you play the mini games a LOT, not only will you get rox but you will also lvl up. my friend, fieto, lvled up from playing so much. :] Lol.

ah well they told us it was fixed soooo... do you use ie or firefox? It should be working.

I use IE ....like I said I'm able to do my Sons (Level 3 ) Puzzels but when I try mine ( Level 9 ) it Fails to fetch data.
