I just got paint shop pro 7 and have nt the first cluse in making a siggy/blend any help?

There's tons of tutorials on youtube, showing examples by using other pictures o.o Just use what you learn in those and add it to another picture.

well maybe you should skip towards the end to see the ending results of the picture thats shown. [this is for youtube] If you like the results, start from the beginning and go from there, but you can use your own picture rather than the one on the youtube video.
